Rising cases of Corona 8 most important areas were sealed in Rawalpindi while enforcing section 144
According to Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi Anwar-ul-Haq the Chief Secretary Punjab was recommended to close 8 hotspots after which the Home Department issued a notification. The closed areas include Gulzar Quaid Khayaban-e-Sir Syed Dhok Ali Akbar Kot Kalan Morgah Takht Pedi Narnakri Bazaar and Bara Market.
DC Rawalpindi said that the hotspot would remain closed to major markets, shopping malls restaurants government and private offices while residents would have easy access to daily necessities. Shops ovens and medical services Petrol pumps will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. as well as milk poultry meat fish shops and bakeries will be allowed to remain open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. People will be banned from using public and private transport while one person will be allowed limited travel in a car. All medical stores laboratories collection points hospitals and clinics in the sealed areas will be open 24 hours a day.
