The police arrested him red-handed and filed a complaint under Section 297 of the Pakistan Penal Code for interfering with a burial site on the complaint of Sub-Inspector Aslam Pervez.

According to the case, the plaintiff was on duty when Mirza Suleman told him that his daughter had died and was buried in the local cemetery of Chontra. Shortly after, it was discovered that a man was desecrating his daughter’s grave by digging it from one side. When the police team raided the cemetery, a man was found sitting near the grave of Mirza Suleman’s daughter in the cemetery, digging the soil of the grave. He was immediately arrested.

According to the text of the case, the arrested person identified himself as Yasin Bukhari and a resident of Adhwaal. When he was searched, a clay human body model, 7 amulets, 7 nails tied with iron wires, and a small crowbar were found in the shopping bag he was holding. The accused said that he was burying a clay human body model, amulets, nails, etc. in this grave for black magic. The accused initially claimed that his wife had been bedridden for a long time and had not left anything for treatment. A sage told him that something was buried in the cemetery and if he took it out, everything would be fine.

At that time, the accused was unable to give a satisfactory answer to questions about the fact that he was holding a pot in his hand while digging and that other items were found in the shopping bag. According to the police, the accused committed a crime by interfering in the burial site without permission, for which he has been arrested and a case has been registered.
