(10bmnews latest news) Pakistan has demanded the extradition of Shahbaz Sharif son-in-law Ali Imran from the United Kingdom. Imran extradition has been demanded.
It should be noted that Ali Imran who is wanted by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on corruption charges, is currently residing in the UK while there is no agreement between Pakistan and the UK on extradition of the wanted accused. Ali Imran should be extradited to Pakistan on the basis of mutual cooperation without an extradition agreement
According to Geo News the British government will review Pakistan request in due course. Channel sources said that his demand for deportation to the UK had nothing to do after the trial by Ali Imran on the British newspaper Daily Mail.
It may be recalled that in its article the Daily Mail had leveled allegations of corruption against Ali Imran and Ikram Naveed of Earthquake Relief and Reconstruction Authority (ERA). The case was filed in the court.
